2. Which countries do we ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the following regions:

3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is usually:

Germany & Austria: 2-6 working days

Switzerland: 3-7 working days (depending on customs clearance)

France: 3-7 working days
- Italy: 4-8 working days
Note: In rare cases (high demand, public holidays, or customs delays), delivery may be slightly delayed.

Free shipping: for orders over €59.95
5. How do returns and refunds work?
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal with us and can return products within this period to receive a full refund. Alternatively, we offer a voluntary partial refund. This means: If you decide to return a product, you can instead receive a 30-50% discount on the product if you keep it. This way you save on return shipping and receive a partial refund.

8. Are there customs duties or import sales taxes?
No, since we ship within the EU and Switzerland, there are no additional customs duties or import sales taxes for EU countries. However, for Switzerland, there may be delays in customs clearance.
9. How does the ordering process work?

Place an order: Select your desired products and complete the order process at checkout.

Order confirmation: You will receive an email with all details directly after the purchase.

Forwarding to shipping partner: Your order will be automatically forwarded to our shipping partner and processed there within 1-3 working days.

Shipping & Tracking: As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to track your package online.

Multiple packages: For orders with multiple items, it may happen that they are shipped from different warehouses. You will then receive a separate tracking number for each package.
