1. Scope of Application

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the NowaPlace online shop.

(2) Deviating conditions of the customer will only be recognized if expressly agreed to in writing.

 

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.

(2) By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.

(3) The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order via email.


4. Dropshipping Notice

(1) NowaPlace partly operates on a dropshipping basis. Products may be shipped directly from an external EU supplier to the customer.

(2) Deliveries may occur in individual shipments.

(3) As products are shipped via external partners, minor deviations in packaging or product variations may occur in exceptional cases.

 

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) All prices are final prices in Euros and include statutory value-added tax.

(2) Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

(3) Customs duties generally do not apply within the EU. Should additional costs arise, these will be borne by the customer.

 

6. Delivery and Delivery Times

(1) Delivery takes place within the European Union.

(2) The delivery time is usually 2–8 working days.

(3) Delays caused by the shipping service provider or supplier are beyond our responsibility.

(4) Should a product not be available, we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments already made.


7. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:


  • Klarna (invoice, installment purchase, instant transfer – if activated)
  • Credit card
  • Klarna Sofort
  • SEPA direct debit
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

 

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


9. Right of Withdrawal

(1) Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt of the goods.

(2) The withdrawal must be sent to:

(3) Excluded from withdrawal are:


  • opened hygiene articles
  • personalized products
  • digital products after download


10. Returns

(1) Returns are to be sent exclusively to the following address:

(2) The customer bears the return costs, unless otherwise stated.

(3) Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the goods.

 

11. Warranty

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) Damages caused by improper use are excluded from the warranty.


12. Liability

(1) We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

(2) We assume no liability for delays or problems caused by external delivery partners, unless we are responsible for them.


13. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.


14. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
